Architectural services are professional and customized in nature. Refunds are not treated casually.

1. No Return Policy

Since we provide design and consultancy services, there is no return of delivered work, drawings, or consultations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not started

• No design work or consultation has been delivered

• A written cancellation request is submitted

Once work begins, no refund will be issued.

3. Advance Payments

Advance fees are non-refundable once the project scope is approved and work is initiated.

4. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. Verbal cancellations are invalid.

5. Disputes

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction under Indian law.
