Bring Your Vision To Life In
Five Steps
In this step, we will find out your design ambitions, timescales and budgets. Build a detailed brief, and then we will develop architectural layouts for your property. Create 3D models and renders that describing the volumetric aspects of the design.
In this step, we study your site, understand your requirements, develop a main design idea, plan the spaces, consider natural light and ventilation, select materials and colors, and create initial 2D/3D concept sketches.
In the design stage, we prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, structural and service layouts, follow Vastu guidelines as required, choose materials, finalize dimensions, and develop complete drawings needed for construction.
In the development stage, we help you execute the building according to the finalized design by coordinating with contractors, guiding construction work, checking quality, and ensuring everything is built as per the drawings.
In the evaluation stage, we review the entire project, check the design performance, ensure the construction follows the standards, provide cost estimation, identify improvements, and give feedback to enhance the final outcome.
